We've been in this duplex for about 2 1/2 years, it's been wonderful! But we are so EXCITED to move into our new house!!! We've finally been accepted on our offer for a "short-sale" home.(We turned the offer in at the beginning of July!!)
We close on our NEW HOME this Thursday, and can't wait to get moved in :)
